    I Have Set FLAPS to 0 but Later I saw FLAPS was on 1. Later I set FLAPS to 0. My Mistake!

    Since the speed was in Flaps limitation, PIREP is accepted as exceptional case, any similar occurrence will result in rejection [20:01:44] Flaps set to position 0 at 18728 ft at 224 kts
